SAS - South African Account Leader

Brief:
• SAS briefed Iperium with helping them recruit an Account Manager to generate additional revenue streams specifically from large telecommunication operators such as MTN and Vodacom across Continental Africa.

Process:
• Critical to this project was Iperium’s Market Mapping service which enabled both SAS and our Consultants to identify individuals with a significant contact network and relationship at CXO level in Local Operators.
• Having conducted a detailed search and mapping exercise Iperium were able to present a shortlist of four relevant candidates.

Outcome:
• SAS were able to offer and successfully onboard their chosen candidate within a six week timescale.
• The successful candidate, an IBM executive, has successfully increased the SAS footprint within the MTN group since joining and continues to further their relationships with key operators in the region.
