Nationwide is a British financial institution and the largest Building Society in the world with over 15 million members.

Nationwide is a major provider of both mortgage loans and savings in the UK, as well as personal banking such as loans, credit cards, bank accounts and insurance products.

Iperium were engaged by Nationwide to help in the build out of a Robotic Process Automation Centre in their headquarters in Swindon. 

Process:

Nationwide is currently building a significant (70+ headcounts) RPA Competence Centre at their Swindon HQ designed to dynamically improve customer experience and operational excellence via the adoption of RPA solutions in both front and back office departments. They have evaluated several RPA and BPM tools and have recently standardized on Pega’s OpenSpan future. They therefore need individuals who ideally have prior experience with this specific solution set.

Outcome:

Iperium is working with Nationwide in order to build RPA competence by recruiting both Permanent and Contract headcount with specific Automation expertise at both a Development and Architecture level.

This team will continue to evolve and grow throughout 2019.

Most recently Iperium has identified a leader for a significant part of the Centre who will create and execute on the Development strategy before hiring a substantia Development team operation.
