Iperium were engaged by Rubrik to initially help build out their Customer Support Centres in Palo Alto, Kansas City, Research Triangle Park, Cork – Ireland and Amsterdam – Netherlands.
Due to the success of this hiring programme Iperium were subsequently engaged in Rubrik’s EMEA wide commercial rollout.
Due to Rubrik’s speed of growth, building out Centres of Excellence to support their customers was critical to their ongoing success. With 700% customer growth, hiring exceptional talent for the creation of these centres was paramount to this strategy, providing them a platform to scale their support function over the coming years.
Engaged by Giri Iyer, Rubrik’s VP of Global Support and Customer Success Iperium made first hires and built out the Kansas City, Research Triangle Park and Amsterdam Centres of Excellence, alongside making additional hires into Rubrik’s Headquarters support Centre in Palo Alto.
Due to the talent density in Cork of qualified professionals with skills in Cloud, Virtualization and Data, Iperium make a recommendation to build out a second EMEA Centre located in Ireland.
Building a CoE here facilitated Rubrik to onboard exceptional talent at scale in line with the pace of their solution adoption. This location is now their largest Support Centre of Excellence globally and has plans to extend to 70+ professionals in 2019.
Iperium were pivotal in the creation of Rubrik’s Centres of Excellence in North America and Europe. Convincing the best talent to join and be instrumental in the build out of these Centres provided Rubrik the best opportunity to provide their customers a world class customer experience.
Following phase 1 of the rollout The Rubrik Support Team were named the Global Award Winner for Best Support by The Association of Support Professionals.
Due to the success of this programme, Iperium were further engaged to help with the build out of Rubrik’s commercial function helping hire Sales and Pre-sales talent in various Global locations.
